Sustainability is part of our approach to operating Patria West Offices. In July 2024, Patria West Offices received the prestigious international BREEAM In-Use certification at Excellent level, which represents one of the highest standards for evaluating existing office buildings. The certification was awarded in the Asset Performance and Building Management categories, which confirms the high quality of the building, effective management and responsible approach to its operation.

We have a long-term focus on reducing energy consumption, efficient water management and responsible waste management. On the roof of the building, 395 photovoltaic panels with a total output of 160 kWp are installed on an area of 751 m², which contribute to the production of electricity from renewable sources and to reducing the environmental footprint of the building.
