We believe that our carbon footprint is our calling card. As of 2019, we've managed to reduce it by18% and are working on getting it even lower.
ENERGY
We installed a total of 395 solar panels with an overall capacity of 160 kWp on the roof of our building. This will reduce our annual consumption of electricity by up to CZK 850,000.
We save up to 50% of our electricity consumption by switching to LED lighting. We’ve managed to maintain energy and heat levels at covid-era numbers even after our tenants returned to their offices.
WATER
We use up to 62% less water after installing tap aerators.
WASTE
We recycle and sort 7 types of waste – plastic, paper, glass, cardboard, oil, electronics and metal.

The West Flexi Offices shared offices and coworking space are on the 4th floor. The park surrounding the complex of office buildings was created by the Jena garden studio. The main axis of this green space is a stream and different plants grow along its banks, copying how vegetation changes depending on the altitude. The promenade that crosses the complex is pleasantly lined with plane trees. Fully grown wisterias climb up interesting metal trellises, a feast for the senses.
