DECO group will move into its new premises in the Patria West Offices office building in August. The architectural and design office moved to Stodůlek mainly because of its convenient location.

"The client decided to move from the center of Prague to a location that was strategically advantageous for them," says Veronika Skalický, Senior Property Consultant at Svoboda & Williams, who represented DECO group in the transaction. "In addition to the standards of the building with ample parking spaces, he appreciated the landlord's extremely accommodating approach. Thanks to this, the transaction was completed in record time," adds Skalický.

"DECO group's professional focus complements the current tenant mix. We are pleased to welcome them as a long-term tenant to the building," says Miroslava Popelková, Head of Property Management at Patria investiční společnost, a.s.

On the five floors of Patria West Offices (City West B1 building), nearly 900 of the more than 22,000 m² of lettable space is currently available. "It is an open space with an area of 340 m² on the third floor with the possibility of dividing into smaller units and then 537 m² on the first floor," specifies Veronika Skalicky. The large-format windows offer views of the adjacent greenery - the building is part of the City West office complex situated in a large park, which gives the complex an extension of a pleasant working environment.

Patria West Offices also includes a central reception area, a glazed ground floor with restaurants and retail units and a fitness center. There are 426 parking spaces in the underground garage and charging stations for Siemens and E.ON electric vehicles in the immediate vicinity.

A portion of the fourth floor is reserved for serviced offices with flexible lease terms, West Flexi Offices, which includes meeting rooms in addition to traditional and day offices and co-working space that can be used by long-term tenants from the building and the entire City West complex.
