Our building has passed the prestigious international BREEAM sustainability assessment, where it achieved a rating of Excellent in its class. BREEAM evaluates buildings according to their impact on the surrounding environment and their users. We achieved the award in two categories: Asset Performance, which assesses the performance of the building itself, and Building Management, which monitors its operations and the management practices in place for optimal performance.
