Hyundai Czech Republic, one of our key tenants, has decided to extend their lease in Patria West Offices for another six years. “We very much appreciate our mutual cooperation, which began in 2011. We’re delighted that a major global brand has chosen Patria West Offices as its corporate headquarters in the Czech Republic. Its flagship showroom and offices have operated here for over 12 years,” says Miroslava Popelková, Head of Property Management at Patria Investments. As per the new contract, the 1,327 sq. m. offices were thoroughly reconstructed. “The reconstruction took place over the summer, when the offices were emptier due to holidays and vacations,” adds Popelková. “While the work was being done, we moved Hyundai into temporary premises within the building.”
Orchestrated by the ArchiCon and Procházka & Partners studios at a cost of 15 million crowns, the reconstruction created bright and airy interiors. A generous relaxation zone was added, as well as new spots for informal employee meetings in Café Hyundai or Hyundai Gym, and there are also quiet rooms for dedicated work or teleconferences. DH-Interiér remodeled the space and added ergonomic elements and plenty of greenery. “We’re adapting our offices to the needs of our employees in all of Hyundai’s European branches,” explains Roman Hříbek, People Experience Senior Manager. According to him, the new design of the interior is in line with the company’s plan to achieve carbon neutrality by 2045.
